Profession: VFX artist
Why do you cosplay?
I am an artist and cosplay is a form of art. So, Its gives me the freedom to think and open my creativity to a new form. Also, Cosplay gives me relief from the daily routine. I can portray different characters and live their life 🙂
What was your latest Cosplay?
My latest one was Homemade version of Spider-Man homecoming, recently done for a meet and greet event in Bangalore
How long did it take you to make this cosplay? Were there challenges in the design?
My amazing spiderman 2, suit took 3 months to finish it.I got much help from some cosplayers, youtube and from my office colleagues. Challenges were to finish the puff paints in the whole suit and to make a fog free lenses so that I can watch clearly
Your favourite cosplay you’ve done so far?
Well, I am a Spidey fan and my fav cosplay done so far is THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN 2
What’s your favourite convention?
San Diego comic con( I want to go there at least once). For now its BCC, But I want to visit other cons also in India
How long have you been into cosplay?
Not by profession but as a hobby I am doing it from last year. (2016)
What was your first costume? Advice for anyone just starting out?
THE MASK was my first costume. For those who are just starting out just make some simple things to start.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
As a VFX artist, I get inspired from Hollywood movies, Stan Winston school of char arts. and some really talented people in India who are there in cosplay
What are you working on next?
I am working on Spiderman homecoming tech suit and homemade suit and one symbiote suit for me. So many things to finish.
