DC leads Marvel in trailer wars!!
Well well well, DC just dealt a huge blow to Marvel’s Civil War plans and now Captain America and Iron Man have a lot to live up to. A lot was expected from Zack Snyder and did he deliver.
The introduction scene of Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne has the right chemistry.
Clark tries to question Bruce on the recent activities of the “vigilante” and various Civil liberties being trampled on, he further mentions that he thinks the Bat believes himself to be above the law, to which Bruce replies
Daily planet criticizing those who think they’re above the law is a little hypocritical, wouldn’t you say? Considering every time your little hero saves a cat out of a tree you write a puff piece editorial, about an alien that could burn the whole place down.
When Clark retorts by saying that the world doesn’t share Bruce’s opinion, Bruce has a witty comeback.
Maybe it’s the Gotham city in me, I have a bad history with freaks dressed like clowns.
Enter Lex Luthor, he’s happy about the fact that he could get Bruce and Clark to meet and even goes onto jest that one might not want to pick a fight with Clark. Cut scene and we see Alfred questioning Bruce about going to war with Supes (and need I mention that Affleck’s Bat voice is so much better than Bale’s cancerous version). Lots of fight scenes between the two heroes (much of that is specualtion that Supes is under the influence of Kryptonite and being controlled by Lex).
“Greatest gladiator match in the history of the world ‘Son of Krypton vs Bat of Gotham'” as Lex calls it.
We also get conformation on the rumors floating around about this dude, YES take it all in folks
Lex has used the Kryptonian DNA from Zod’s corpse to create The Monster, The Madness, The Mayhem that is DOOMSDAY.
A battle goes down with Batman and Superman aligning to take down Doomsday, it appears to end badly and Bats is about to be kitchen soup as Doomsday’s eyes go demonic red and fires up the heat vision resulting in a big boom. As the dust settles, a red hot shield emerges and behind it is, *drum rolls*
Yes Ladies and Gentlemen it’s Wonder Woman. Supes questions Batman if she’s with him, to which he replies “I thought she’s with you.”
Fade to Black. Although the trailer reveals a lot on the plot, I personally loved the showcase.
What did you think of the trailer and how excited are you for the movie, let us know in the comments section below.
By day I’m a boring old Web Developer, but as the sun goes down, I’m a SUPERHERO. Well not really I just dress up and pretend to be one.
“Centurions” was my favorite cartoon growing up and I name all my possessions “Shadow” because I can’t afford a Husky.
I camp in Games like it’s nobody’s business, and if you’ve got a problem with that I’ve got two words for ya “I’m Sorry”, cause you’re a noob.
